1 cup soaked almonds
1/2 cup soaked pumpkin seeds
2 medium carrots
quarter piece of red beet

1/2 cup minced parsley
1/2 cup chopped red pepper
1 cup chopped onions
salt and pepper to taste

1 cup sun dried tomatoes
2 tablespoons nut milk
1 teaspoon apple cider vinagar
1 teaspoon olive oil
