In this video I’m sharing with you guys 3 of my favourite iron rich smoothies that you can start drinking today to boost your iron levels. No better way to drink your way out of an iron deficiency!
//Recipe 1:
– 1/2 cup beetroot (cut into small cubes_
– 1 cup frozen blueberries
– 1.5 medium orange squeezed
– Heaped teaspoon of hemp seeds
– Heaped teaspoon of honey
– 1/2 cup water (optional, to your desired consistency)
//Recipe 2:
– 1.5 cups fresh spinach
– 1/2 cup of fresh kale
– 1 large ripe banana previously frozen
– 1 medium orange squeezed
– Heaped teaspoon of hemp seeds
– Heaped teaspoon of raisins
– 1/2 cup water (optional, to your desired consistency)
//Recipe 3:
– 1.5 Persimmon/Sharon fruit
– 1 medium orange squeezed
– 1 large carrot (grated)
– 2 dried apricots
– 1 tablespoon of Organic almond Butter
– A couple pieces of fresh ginger
– 1/2 cup water (optional, to your desired consistency)
– Add lime to taste
